Here's where you can let it all out... tell us other PAD sufferers your story of how you just "had" to have that NIB (old stock) briar pipe from Petersons because it was from the year you graduated high school (specifically for me, it was a 1982 504 with a sterling silver band.
Or how about that model 999 from the year you got married?
Yeah, I suffer from PAD, and those pipes in the above example are still in the box unsmoked. I got them strictly because of their style (liked it) and the years involved.
